Product Guarantee
If you have read our QUALITY STATEMENT you will understand why we can, without any fear, offer you a Great Warranty on parts, labour and materials.
- Basic is 3 years Parts & Labour - If we receive no feed back from you when we contact you after the installation and you do nothing and we will warrant your shutters for 3 years.
- Standard is 5 years Parts & Labour - If you give us some feedback from a simple electronic form we extend Basic to 5 years
- Lifetime - If you are kind enough to provide us with a short testimonial while giving feedback, then we extend the 5 year Standard to Lifetime on parts.
This is how it works:
Upon cleared final payment we will issue an electronic product and company appraisal by email. Simple clicks to answer
On return of this simple questionnaire we will send a certificate of 5 year warranty to the owner. However, without any of your feedback being provided, we apply the default warranty of 3 years.
If you are kind enough to provide a short testimonial while filling out the feedback form the 5 years on parts and labour is extended to full LIFETIME, warranty for parts on the proviso we fit them and we can see evidence that the items covered are certified as above.
Other costs may at that point be charged at our discretion - see our terms & conditions item 15 for more information. This is transferable to new owners after inspection and recertification
